I’m Dr. Dani Pope, CEO and Founder of Trusted Results Therapy Group, and I’m honored you’ve taken this first step toward growth, healing, and transformation.

My journey into mental health didn’t begin in an office or classroom—it began on the softball field. As a young athlete, I discovered my passion for leadership and teaching. Rallying my teammates, breaking down strategies, and celebrating even the smallest wins taught me the value of encouragement, structure, and resilience. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong calling to support and guide others.

That calling led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Psychology, where I explored the foundations of human thought and behavior. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, training me to navigate the complexities of relationships and emotional dynamics with empathy and skill. I later completed a PhD in Human Behavior, where I focused on the intricate ways our experiences, environments, and biology shape who we are.

I founded Trusted Results Therapy Group to bring together evidence-based care and authentic human connection. I envisioned a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered—and where clinicians are equally passionate about partnering with clients to create meaningful, lasting change. Our practice doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we offer personalized, culturally responsive care rooted in both science and compassion.

My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families transform their challenges into opportunities. Alex Quiggle serves as the Director of Operations at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where he leads the development and management of systems that support the organization's commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health care. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from Western Carolina University and brings a unique blend of clinical insight and operational leadership to his role.

Alex's passion for mental health is driven by a deep-rooted dedication to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and develop healthier coping strategies. In his role, he oversees critical aspects of the organization's day-to-day functions, ensuring that all staff have the tools, resources, and support they need to deliver exceptional care.

He believes that every person has innate strengths that can lead to success, and that some simply need support and opportunity to unlock their potential. Through his work, Alex strives to build the operational foundation that allows Trusted Results to consistently deliver meaningful, client-centered outcomes.

Brittany Ward serves as the Senior Clinical Practice Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She holds a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Her journey into the mental health field was inspired by a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges and develop healthier coping strategies for everyday stressors.

In her role, Brittany oversees the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring that providers are supported, workflows run smoothly, and clients receive consistent, high-quality care. She brings a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to practice management while staying grounded in the clinical mission that drives the organization.

An interesting personal milestone: Brittany is proud to be the first person on both sides of her family to earn both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. This accomplishment fuels her ongoing commitment to supporting others in their own journeys of growth and resilience.

Phil Ganci, LMFT, serves as the Clinical Director at Trusted Results Therapy Group. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he brings both clinical expertise and operational insight to his role overseeing all clinical programs.

Phil is responsible for supporting clinicians across all locations, ensuring consistent quality of care, and helping to refine clinical workflows that keep the client experience at the center. He works closely with providers on case consultation, clinical best practices, and professional development.

His background in marriage and family therapy gives him a systemic perspective that strengthens the practice's approach to treating individuals, couples, and families. Phil is committed to fostering a supportive clinical environment where providers can do their best work and clients can experience meaningful, lasting progress.

Elizabeth Mayer serves as the Multi-Site Director at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where she provides strategic and operational oversight across all TRTG locations. She is responsible for ensuring that every site operates consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with TRTG standards while delivering high-quality care and strong financial performance.

A healthcare operations and program leader with more than a decade of experience, Elizabeth has built her career driving cross-functional initiatives and clinical operations in complex, multi-site environments. Before joining Trusted Results, she led clinical operations across dozens of sites as a National and Regional Practice Director, where she standardized workflows, aligned teams on strategic priorities, and used data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. Her background as a Master's-prepared registered nurse gives her a strong clinical foundation that informs her operational leadership.

At Trusted Results, Elizabeth oversees site leaders and administrative staff—including the Administrative Services Manager—and focuses on standardizing operations, monitoring performance across locations, and fostering a culture of accountability, consistency, and results. She partners closely with leadership on budgeting, growth, and quality assurance, helping ensure that each location is set up for operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable success as the practice continues to grow.

Keisha Washington serves as the Assistant Director of Program Development and RBHS Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. In this role, she supports the design, launch, and growth of new programs and service lines that address emerging community mental health needs across South Carolina, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice's RBHS program.

Keisha works closely with clinical leadership to evaluate program feasibility, develop implementation plans, and ensure that new offerings align with the practice's mission of accessible, results-driven care. Her work has contributed to the expansion of services including school-based therapy, RBHS, and community outreach initiatives.

She brings a strategic, community-centered perspective to program development, ensuring that Trusted Results stays responsive to the evolving needs of the populations it serves. Keisha's dedication to expanding access to mental health care is central to the organization's continued growth and impact.

Caroline Warren, RN, serves as the Psychiatric Program Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. As a Registered Nurse with a background in behavioral health, she brings clinical knowledge and operational expertise to the oversight of the practice's psychiatric services.

Caroline manages the coordination of care between the practice's psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and the broader clinical team. She ensures that clients receiving medication management and psychiatric evaluations experience seamless, well-coordinated care that aligns with their overall treatment plan.

Her responsibilities include scheduling oversight for psychiatric providers, supporting medication management workflows, facilitating communication between prescribers and therapists, and ensuring that the psychiatric program meets both clinical standards and client needs. Caroline's nursing background gives her a holistic understanding of how mental and physical health intersect, which strengthens the quality of care across the practice.

Danielle "Dee" Corcoran serves as the Psychological Testing Program Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She oversees the practice's comprehensive diagnostic assessment services, including evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions.

In her role, Dee manages the end-to-end testing process — from client intake and insurance authorization through assessment administration, scoring, interpretation, and feedback delivery. She coordinates closely with the practice's licensed psychologists and clinical assessors to ensure that every evaluation is thorough, timely, and clinically sound.

Dee is also responsible for maintaining testing program compliance, training assessment staff, and ensuring that clients and families receive clear, actionable results that inform treatment planning, educational accommodations (504 plans, IEPs), and ongoing care.

Okiya Smith serves as the Billing Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. In this role, she oversees the practice's billing operations across all locations, ensuring accurate claims submission, timely reimbursement, and compliant revenue cycle management.

Okiya is responsible for managing the billing workflow from charge capture through payment posting, resolving claim denials and rejections, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure documentation supports clean billing. She works closely with payers and internal staff to keep the revenue cycle running smoothly and to address eligibility, authorization, and reimbursement issues as they arise.

Her attention to detail and systems-minded approach help ensure that Trusted Results maintains financial health while keeping the focus on accessible, results-driven care for the clients and families it serves.

Margaret Conger serves as an Operations Specialist at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where she currently oversees the intake and referral team while contributing to strategic operational projects across the organization.

In her leadership of the intake and referral function, Margaret ensures that prospective clients move smoothly from first contact through scheduling, helping to keep the referral pipeline responsive and ensuring that no one falls through the cracks. She supports the team in maintaining consistent processes that reflect the practice's commitment to accessible, timely care.

Beyond her work with intake and referrals, Margaret partners with leadership to plan and execute operational initiatives that strengthen how the practice runs. Her versatility and systems-minded approach make her a valuable contributor to projects spanning multiple departments and locations, helping Trusted Results continue to grow while keeping operations efficient and client-centered.

Keke Phillips serves as the Medical Records & Compliance Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where she oversees the integrity, security, and proper handling of client records across all locations.

In this role, Keke manages the medical records function—ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to authorized staff while safeguarding client privacy. She is responsible for maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness, and helping to ensure that records practices align with payer and accreditation standards.

Keke works closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep documentation workflows running smoothly and to address records requests, releases, and compliance questions as they arise. Her attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality help protect both clients and the practice, supporting Trusted Results in delivering care that is trustworthy, compliant, and centered on the people it serves.

Allison Edens serves as the Business Development Specialist at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, healthcare organizations, schools, and employers across South Carolina.

Allison works to expand awareness of TRTG's services and connect more individuals and families with the mental health care they need. Her outreach efforts include presenting to physician offices, school districts, employee assistance programs, and community organizations about the practice's comprehensive service offerings.

She also identifies opportunities for new partnerships and program growth, collaborating with leadership to ensure that TRTG's services are reaching the communities that need them most. Allison's relationship-building skills and commitment to the practice's mission play a key role in expanding access to quality mental health care statewide.

Shawan Boyd serves as the Administrative Services Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where she ensures the smooth day-to-day operations that keep the practice running efficiently across all office locations.

Her responsibilities span front-office coordination, scheduling support, client communications, office supply and facility management, and administrative workflow optimization. Shawan serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and clients, helping to resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment at every location.

With a strong commitment to organization and service, Shawan plays a vital role in ensuring that both staff and clients have what they need for a positive experience. Her work behind the scenes allows clinicians to focus on what they do best — providing quality mental health care.
