Dr. Tiona Praylow MD

Hi, I’m Dr. Tiona Praylow, a board-certified psychiatrist in General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Trusted Results Therapy Group. A Columbia, SC native and summa cum laude graduate of Duke University, I hold an MD from Duke University School of Medicine and an MPH from UNC Chapel Hill. I completed my psychiatric training at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.

With a strong foundation in both clinical care and trauma-informed practices, I bring years of experience serving youth and families in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I’m passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based, mind-body approaches, including HeartMath Biofeedback and the Safe and Sound Protocol, grounded in Polyvagal Theory.

My work is rooted in empathy, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities heal and thrive.
