I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, PTSD, OCD, and substance use challenges.

I provide both virtual and in-person care, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where each client feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College and utilize a comprehensive clinical approach that combines psychotropic medication management with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and trauma- and emotion-focused interventions, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Clients can expect me to be a knowledgeable, attentive, warm, and understanding provider who takes the time to listen and collaborate. I strive to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together toward lasting emotional growth, improved well-being, and greater stability.
