Accepting New Clients

Hi there! I’m Nicole, a Licensed Master Social Worker with both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Western Carolina University. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals—across community mental health, recovery settings, and school-based services—supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges, substance use disorders, and emotional growth.
I believe therapy is a collaborative and empowering process—a space where you can feel seen, supported, and free to explore who you are. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, rooted in the belief that you already hold the tools and wisdom needed for change. Together, we’ll work to uncover those strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create new pathways toward balance, resilience, and healing.
Therapy with me is relational and authentic—I show up as a real person, and I invite you to do the same. I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating, and I’m deeply honored by the trust it takes to begin this process. You don’t have to have it all figured out; we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
