Nikki Buie, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and underserved populations through life’s challenges and transitions. Her professional background includes higher education, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, community mental health, child welfare, adoption services, advocacy, and program development.

Nikki works with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth concerns. She has extensive experience supporting college students, graduate students, and emerging professionals as they navigate academic pressures, career decisions, identity development, and relationship challenges.

Nikki utilizes a collaborative, client-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based interventions. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals.

As an LMSW actively pursuing her Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) credential, Nikki is committed to ongoing professional growth and providing evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
