Accepting New Clients

Hi, I’m McCall, a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I earned my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Augusta University and am currently working toward full licensure under clinical supervision.

My goal as a counselor is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being their authentic selves. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. My experience includes supporting children with emotional or behavioral dysregulation, helping youth navigate developmental changes, family dynamics, and peer relationships, as well as working with adults who are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, life transitions, and the impact of lived experiences.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered counseling, narrative therapy, and brief solution-focused interventions. I am also currently receiving training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I believe each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be affecting your present life while building practical skills and greater self-understanding. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported as you move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being.
