Accepting New Clients

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the process. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who provides therapy to individuals and families in the North Charleston area. I believe that everyone deserves a place where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I work with clients who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, eating disorders, and self-harm. I also support families dealing with behavioral concerns, conflict, and oppositional defiant behaviors. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for healthier ways to cope with life’s stressors, I work alongside you to help identify patterns, build skills, and create meaningful change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, and play therapy. I focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships while also recognizing and building upon their personal strengths. I provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as diagnostic assessments. I am passionate about helping clients grow in confidence, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life. Taking the first step toward change can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate it alone.
