Jermaine specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an approach that encourages individuals to make room for difficult thoughts and emotions while continuing to live a life that aligns with their values. His goal is to help clients develop practical skills for navigating life’s challenges while moving toward what matters most to them.
Outside of his professional work, Jermaine enjoys playing video games, exercising, and exploring a variety of creative hobbies.
