Janet Burkett LISW-CP

Hi, I’m Janet Frederick (she/her), a therapist here at Trusted Results. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Education from Washington University in St. Louis.
I was drawn to the field of mental health because I wanted to be the consistent, safe space I didn’t always have growing up. It’s also deeply important to me that kids see therapists who look like them—because representation matters, especially when it comes to healing and feeling seen.
Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me dancing, playing with puppies, or spending time with my family—the things that bring me joy and keep me grounded.
