I earned my degree from Grand Canyon University, and I’m passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves — especially adolescents and young adults who may be struggling to figure things out, manage their emotions, or find their place in the world.
I am committed to creating a space that’s real, respectful, and down-to-earth—where you can talk openly, without judgment. Whether we’re working through stress, anxiety, relationships, or just trying to make sense of life, my focus is on helping you build the tools and mindset to move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I’m usually running, rock climbing, or doing something active that helps me reset. I believe progress comes from showing up and doing the work—even when it’s tough.
