I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and work toward meaningful growth.

My approach is person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, relational, and humanistic, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals. I work with clients ages 14 and up and enjoy supporting individuals through a variety of life experiences, challenges, and transitions. I believe in meeting each client where they are and building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and collaboration.
