Alex Quiggle serves as Director of Growth & Strategy at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where he leads the practice’s expansion and the operational infrastructure that supports it. His work spans new location openings, technology, credentialing, and the systems that connect clinical care to the business side of the practice, so that providers can focus on their clients.

Education

Alex holds a Master of Social Work degree from Western Carolina University and is a licensed master social worker. His clinical background shapes how he approaches operations. He understands not just how a system needs to function, but why it matters to the person on the other side of it.

What Drives Him

Alex entered the mental health field because he believes quality care should be accessible to everyone, and that how a practice operates has a direct effect on whether it is. Behind every workflow is someone trying to get an appointment, verify their benefits, or start treatment.

At the core of his approach is a belief that every person has innate strengths that can lead to success, and that some people just need support and opportunity to unlock that potential. That thinking shapes the systems he builds at TRTG: remove barriers, create clear pathways to care, and make sure no one falls through the cracks.

His Role at TRTG

As Director of Growth & Strategy, Alex works to grow the practice without compromising the care clients receive. He partners with leadership, providers, and administrative staff on everything from opening new offices to improving client onboarding to scaling operations across six South Carolina locations and statewide telehealth. His focus is always on building systems that serve people, not the other way around.
