How Billing Works
Self-Pay Clients
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Self-pay rates are listed below and vary depending on the type of service.
Insurance Clients
We file claims directly with your insurance company on your behalf. You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductible amounts as determined by your plan. Please note that quoted copays are estimates and may change once your insurance processes the claim.
Out-of-Network
If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
